MsAmino ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally, and we cannot forward orders through freight or parcel-forwarding services. All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment facility in the United States.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are prepared for dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or public holiday, are prepared the next business day.
Orders may take longer to leave our facility if payment verification is still in progress, if the shipping address needs confirmation, or during periods of unusually high volume. We will contact you if anything delays your order beyond the normal window.
We ship using USPS Priority Mail, with expedited services available at checkout. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the destination and the service selected.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier backlogs and holiday periods can extend transit times beyond the estimate.
Shipping is a flat $9.99 per order. Orders totalling $200.00 or more, after any discounts, ship free. The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment is taken. Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
A confirmation email is sent as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking number is sent once the parcel is dispatched. You can also view tracking from your order history. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is created.
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable — because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or an unclaimed package — can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Shipping Protection can be added at checkout and covers parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you did not add Shipping Protection, claims must be made directly with the carrier. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier so we can help resolve the issue.
